The Sale Turf Club has contracted Duarts Homestead to cater to functions held at the Greenwattle Racecourse.  Find below a list of various menus available.  Please note that all menus can be modified to suit your needs.

Our buffet includes traditional roasted vegetables with crispy potatoes, pumpkin, roasted beetroot and spinach medley, cauliflower Mornay and medley of green steamed vegetables.   There will also be crusty bread rolls and butter available on the buffet.
